Summer reading is not just for kids! Join us for a program centered on wellness and an interactive reading journey. This year’s programs will include workshops on Yoga, Meditation, balancing work and life, learning about local herbs and remedies, a group hike of North Pack, raffles, and reading lists for the busy. Wellness Day: Wednesday, June 15th Yoga, 9am, Stress Management workshop 12pm, Yoga and Art 2pm. All are welcome, regular library closed
Meditation Basics: Tuesday June 28th at 11am and July 19th at 7pm
Kundalini Yoga with Balmeet Kaur Khalsa: Tuesday, July 12th at 7pm and July 26th at 11am
Herbs in Your Backyard: Thursday June 30th at 6:30pm–with Amy O’Dell Wilson
Book Club: Dreaming of Lions by Elizabeth Marshall Thomas June 24th and Home by Toni Morrison July 29th at 11am –Pick up books at main desk!
