Becky Dennison Sakellariou will speak of her experiences in working with the Mid-Eastern refugees at the transit camps in Greece this past October and November.

Ms. Sakellariou lives part of the year in Peterborough and part in Greece.

She will share her knowledge and understanding of the region, its complex politics, the difficulties and challenges of the present wave of migration throughout Europe, and the very human side – both tragic and heroic- of these present events. Photographs will be shown and a discussion will follow the presentation. Light refreshments will be served.
