We have awesome events planned just for you!

The Art of Doodling!

Tuesday July 24th at 2pm

Katie Whitaker will teach some basic black and white doodling techniques you can then use to create your own designs! All materials will be provided.
Class size is limited so please sign up at the Library Help Desk! Ages 10+.

Outdoor creative rock crafts and chill time!

Thursday July 31st at 2pm. Ages 10+

Be creative and in-tune with nature!

Join us in celebrating our Libraries Rock summer reading theme with an afternoon outside. We will get creative with stone decorating, try our hand at balancing rocks, make zen gardens, and create some nature mandalas.

Create and Record Music!

Thursday, August 2nd @ 4pm

A program for aspiring storytellers, rappers, singers, poets, and musicians. Participants will learn to create their own original music using Logic and get a copy of their creation to take home! No musical experience of any kind of needed—just show up willing to dive deep into the process. Ages 12-18. Register at the Help Desk!

Adam Arnone is a professional rapper/singer with over fifteen years of experience touring nationally and recording music. Now part of Adam and the Flood, he’s previously released eleven albums under the stage name Adeem (A-D-M) and with his former group Glue.

Pizza and Pages

Thursday August 16th at 3:45pm

Teens and Tweens are invited to the Pizza and Pages Book Club where YOU choose the books! Aimee LaRue, Youth Library Assistant, leads the discussion, fun activity, game, or craft,

and of course….PIZZA. We are meeting through the summer on 6/21, 7/19, 8/16 @ 3:45pm.

Stop by the youth service desk to pick up the current book.
