September 24, 2018 - September 24, 2018

September 24th at 6:30pm

This book group has been formed after a series of conversations hosted by area residents on race. The first discussion hosted here at Peterborough Library had over 80 people attend. The book group will come together over the next 4 months to read from a list of titles exploring this topic deeply. Meetings may alternate between the Peterborough Town Library and the Hancock Town Library. Please stay tuned for updates on the schedule and email Mary Hubbard to be added to the list at

Please note on 9/24 the discussion will be held upstairs.  The Library is going to be absolutely brimming with programming that evening so plan on a full parking lot. You may park at the churches on Concord Street, the fire station municipal parking lot, or in Depot Square.

The first book we will be discussing is: So You Want to Talk About Race by Ijeoma Oluo
