Join us for a cookbook club-meets-potluck at Peterborough Town Library!
This month's theme is Nostalgic Dishes!
Make and bring a dish that brings back all the nostalgic feelings - from last month or forty years ago! Use the recipe you know and love OR try out an updated twist on an old classic! We'll reconnect with our favorite memories through food and conversation.
New members are always welcome to attend, but registration is required so that we know how many to expect.
How does it work?
The Dinner Club gathers on the second Thursday of the month in the Eben Jones Classroom. Each month will feature a new cuisine or cooking theme.
Whether you're a seasoned chef or a kitchen novice, PTL's Dinner Club offers a flavorful space to explore, experiment, and connect with fellow foodies. Every month we will try a new cuisine or cooking theme. Share your cooking tips and tricks and indulge in lively discussions that will spice up your culinary adventures. Hosted by PTL’s Program & Outreach Librarian, Rebecca, we will meet our neighbors, make new friends, and have fun trying delicious new foods!
Plates, bowls, napkins, basic utensils, sparkling water and green tea are provided. Please bring your own serving ware. For more information please email Rebecca at renman@peterboroughnh.gov
This program is free and open to all. Please note that library parking is not guaranteed. Patrons who are able are encouraged to take advantage of Peterborough’s walkable downtown by parking in the Depot Square or Riverwalk lots.
Peterborough Town Library, located downtown at the corner of Main and Concord/Rt 202, has a large meeting room, study rooms, classroom, and a board room available to the public.
