You can vote in local, state & federal elections in New Hampshire if you are:
In New Hampshire, no one is permitted to register to vote after ten (10) days prior to an election. This allows the Supervisors of the Checklist time to update and print the Voter Checklist that will be used at the polls on Election Day.
However, you may register to vote at your polling place on Election Day.

To register to vote, you must prove your identity, age, and residency. The following documents can be used for proof. You may present documents in paper or electronic form.

A list of valid photo ID is available here. If you cannot obtain ID, you may also sign an affidavit at the poll.
The Absentee Ballot Request Form is available at the Town Clerk's Office or on their website.
Completed absentee ballots must be returned to your local clerk by mail (by 5:00pm on election day) or in person (by 5:00pm the day before the election). Please bring photo ID, proof of residency, birth certificate or proof of citizenship paperwork.
