Afterschool STEM Workshops for Grades 4-6

Join CJ from the MAXT Makerspace for a workshop on Designing a Windmill!

At the workshop we will:

  • Work in teams to design the blades for a wind turbine
  • Learn about wind engineering
  • Test your design against others on the base station

This workshop will not have any take-home items and is best for kids in grades 4-6.
If you have any questions please email Aimee: alarue@peterboroughnh.gov

Spaces are limited and registration is required to attend.
Parents of elementary school-aged kids do not need to attend the workshop but should remain in the building during the workshop.

Everyone is welcome at our programs. Please let us know how we may ensure this program is accessible for your family. Aimee and Lisa are available to discuss in-person or by phone or email.
