Final Meeting

Tuesday January 21st @ 6:30

Please check in at the help desk for the books, How to be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi and Uprooting Racism: How White People Can Work for Racial Justice by Paul Kivel.

This book club was an offshoot of our Conversations about Race program held in the summer of 2018. Over 80 people joined us to hear from African Americans living in our area and learn about their experience.

The book club continued for more than a year and explored deeply. This is the final meeting, although members are encouraged to continue exploration together. Many initiatives have already resulted from this process and will continue to be supported by the library.
