June 30th at 6:30pm
You have heard that wood sorrel is high in Vitamin C, but you aren’t confident that you can pick out a sorrell from clover or indigo. Practicing Herbalist, Amy Wilson, will be teaching the art of plant identification focusing on the wild weeds and cultivated plants in our region. Leave the workshop with more confidence identifying the medicinal plants that commonly grow in NH, and a better understanding of how the plants are used to improve health. This workshop will include herbal tea and light refreshments. Join us in the library meeting hall.
Amy O’Dell Wilson is a Practicing Herbalist, teacher and lifestyle mentor.
