Balmeet Kaur Khalsa will lead a workshop on the basics of meditation. The national theme for adult summer reading is “Exercise Your Mind”! Join us for opportunities all summer to relax, connect with others, and learn something new.

Balmeet Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini yoga teacher, she is happy to share this self-healing practice with others after benefitting from it for almost 20 years. Balmeet holds a PhD in Education, an MA in Linguistics and a BA in Communications, all from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She has been a restaurant owner, a professor, a writer, an executive director of an international non-profit, and most importantly, a parent (along with her talented husband). She currently owns SOUL Yoga, Healing & the Arts.
