Mindfulness and Yoga for Families!
Starting Monday, January 14th @ 10:30am and continuing on: 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 3/4 & 3/11
Jump into playful yoga poses through dance and music with our Radiant Child® yoga teacher, Ditteke Ederveen-Gorman.
This class is a unique way to introduce children to mindfulness activities!
This program is best for families with children ages 2-7 (younger and older siblings welcome). Feel free to bring a yoga mat and water, but it’s not required.
