Balmeet Kaur Khalsa is a certified Kundalini yoga teacher with SOUL Yoga, Healing & the Arts in Peterborough.

Managing Stress

12:00-1:00pm

Amy O’Dell Wilson, Practicing Herbalist, teacher and lifestyle mentor, will discuss tips on recognizing stress and positively managing it.

Yoga and Art

2:00-4:00pm

Balmeet Kaur Khalsa will lead the workshop with yoga and art expression. All supplies provided.
