InterLibrary Loan (ILL)

Place a Request for an item at another library.

Request an item

Things to Know:

  • You may place up to 3 requests at a time.
  • Items cannot be brand new. We may only borrow items published more than six months ago.
  • Requests take 2-4 weeks depending on availability.
  • ILL requests take time for our staff and staff at other libraries. Please make sure to pick up ILL requests. Patrons who do not pick up two ILL requests in a row may be restricted from ILL services for up to 6 months.

  • Patrons will be notified if a request cannot be processed.
  • If the item is added to the collection, patrons will be notified when the item is ready for pick-up.
  • If for any reason you no longer need a requested item, kindly let us know at Library@PeterboroughNH.gov.
